TIP: You should click here to fix Windows errors and optimize system speed.

Can't access my website! is the name of the error that contains information about the error, including the reason why it occurred, which system component or application was malfunctioning that caused the error, and other information. The numerical code in the name of the error contains data that can be decoded by the manufacturer of the faulty component or application. An error using this code can occur in many different places in the system. Although the name contains some details, it is still difficult for the user to find and eliminate the cause of the error without specialized technical knowledge or the appropriate software.

From the Forums

A user in the forum details it further:

In any case, the support department of your webhost provider should always be your first port of call.   This is driving me insane! I'm getting the following message in Firefox: "Unable to Connect" "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at gamerzville.com" I've tried IE and Google Chrome too and I'm also getting an error message with them.

I can get onto any other website but mine. I've not been able to access it since last night but it was working before. You need to speak to your webhost, it could be an IP blacklist issue. I am unable to access my wesbite.

At first, I couldn't access my cPanel but now I cannot get onto the website itself. Someone recently logged into my cPanel recently to do something for me so I don't know if that has something to do with it.   Assuming you've rebooted your modem/router, and refreshed your network connection already, and that hasn't worked...

What causes Can't access my website!

If you received this error on your PC, it means that there is a malfunction in your system. Common causes are incorrect or unsuccessful installation or removal of software that could leave invalid entries in the Windows registry, the effects of a virus or malware attack, an incorrect system shutdown due to a power failure, or another factor in which a person with little technical knowledge accidentally deletes the required A system file or registry entry, as well as several other reasons. The immediate cause of "Can't access my website!" is a failure when one of its normal operations is properly started by a system or application component.

Can't access my own website or hosting company website

I have contacted the ISP and the hosting company and they can find nothing wrong, so I am assuming the problem lies with me. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening? Other people can access the website no problem and I can access it fine from my pc at home.

I can access all other websites. I have checked the hosts file and the address is not blocked. I can ping the website with no loss through a command prompt.

Website Access problem with only 1 website

Maybe i've been working on it too much now. So voila ! and none of the web filtering options are enabled.

Any ideas on what I might be missing ? We have a Sophos UTM9 Firewall setup... Checked with my ISP and they said we don't seem to have anything blocking our outbound connections. Just FYI in case anyone experiences the same frustrations with this...

Hey guys,

I've been racking my brain on this for a while now, and I can't seem to put my finger on what's gone wrong. I can view any other website perfectly except this one. The website resolves correctly in the DNS when i try NSLOOKUP --> 191.234.154.27

Tried TRACERT and can only get to the Firewall and not beyond. ICMP was disabled on the Firewall and a Country Code block was in effect that I had not initially noticed.

trying to access fldoea-public.sharepoint.com from the company website and the page cannot be displayed on any browser on any of our domain machines. Solved

Accessing that same page from outside our network works fine.

Solved: Cannot access specific website from home, but can access it from work, etc.

I can access the site perfectly fine from work, my husbands work and other friends computers. Does anyone have a "work-around" for me to use to login to the site? Today, Dell told me to reset my computers back to factory settings, as they were sure this would solve the problem.

I appreciate any help. The site is IVFConnections.net (and .com usually works as well). Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? I'm also using a Netgear wireless router for my laptop.

I'm truely frustrated!

The site is hosted by The Planet. The admin, unfortunately, has left the building on the site--for reasons unknown. So after logging onto this site for the past 4 years, last week, I've been unable to access this site (I get a DNS error) from both of my home computers (laptop and PC.) I've contacted Comcast, reset my cable modem.

I've asked others on the bulletin board if they are having issues and I seem to be the only one. I'm hoping someone here may be able to help me. It did not and I still am unable to access the site. I've been a member of a bulletin board website for adoption for over four years.

I've disconnected the router and just used the PC hooked up directly to the modem and I'm still having the exact same issue. I've contacted McAffee and all of my settings are just as they should be.

Cannot access online banking website but can access other secure websites

If the problem persists contact us. (error code: 21090)"

I contacted my credit union and they are not having any problems with their system and they do not show that I have been trying to login so I have not been locked out. I'm computer retard but follow directions well so please be specific.

I have googled this question and tried suggestions that I feel comfortable with such as deleting history & cache, disabling pop-ups, and adding trusted website. I have tried both Internet Explorer and Google chrome. This is the error I get,

"We are temporarily experiencing technical difficulties; try again later. I have a Dell laptop running Windows 7.

I cannot login to my credit union however I can login to my credit card and email. If I have not given enough information, I apologize but being computer retarded prevents me from know what information is important.

My laptop can't access one web site, and causing other PC can't access that website

I was curious that my PC got virus or trojan that causing this problem and i scan my pc with antivirus, antispyware, antimalware....the result is I found my PC infected by:
Trojan horse backdoor.agent.ydd
stored in : C:\Document and settings\Network service\local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5\AJQOO6c9\rpdeuzxa[1].gif. This problem just happened recently, I can't access to one website (lets call it as x.com) where at the same I can access to many other sites with no problem. Any ideas, what is this? The confusing things is, when this laptop connected to the network, it makes the whole network can't access that web site.

it says:
Error 502 - Bad Request

This error is not suddenly happened, if I fresh boot the laptop and directly connect to the internet/ that website, I still can access it but after 1-2 minutes it's down and gives the error. Once, I disconnect the laptop from the network and restart the router, the other pc on the network can access the website very well. and how I can fix this?

After I heal it by antivirus and permanent remove the file manually, the same error still occurred.

Website access denied by access control list

Security settings are set to Medium. However, when he tried to connect to the internet via IE, he got nothing but the following message: "403 Forbidden.
I have passed on my 5-yr-old WinXP SP2 computer to a relative.

Look here click hereFounmd by typing 403 Forbidden into Google
You were denied access because: access denied by access control list."IE's Restricted Sites List is empty. Spywareblaster automatic updates are working normally. Before passing it on, I uninstalled my Norton Internet Security and some other software packages, plus my Tiscali Broadband account.

I also created a new user account (full admin rights) for my relative, and deleted my own account.I created an ordinary dialup account for my relative to access his Tiscali email account. For a few days the computer will be without an antivirus package, until he can get one installed. When I set the machine up at my relative's house, Outlook Express connected happily to his email account, and he has sent and received emails OK. I even tried turning off Windows Firewall, but the problem remained.Could this be anything to do with the fact that he currently has no antivirus software?Any advice on this problem would be gratefully received.

Solved: Cant access one website suddenly but can access all other websites

Try again in a few
moments. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. I have tried accessing the website on my home internet connection as well but i am still not able to access it on the laptop. i use an acer aspire 4740G laptop windows 7 and use wifi in office normally to access the website.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection. the website works perfectly fine on other PCs/laptops in office. It also works on both my phone 3G and wifi as well on phone. So i think its largely an issue with my laptop but i am unable to figure it out.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I am unable to access it from any browser- i have tried google chrome, firefox, safari and IE too

The website in question is www.kotak.com, I was able to access the website last week from my computer. The error message says
The connection has timed out
The server at www.kotak.com is taking too long to respond.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. At home i can access it thru my phone though.

Can't access ONE particular website (my own website) ?

Request timed out. The last thing I did was resetting the hosts file [link] but still no success. What I've done:
I decided then to check for myself, turned on my laptop (not usually connected to the internet), unplug my ethernet cable from my desktop computer and connect it to my laptop, I opened the browser and voila! ..

It deleted them and then I ran a second full scan, this time with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but now it didn't find anything. C:\Users\Jose D>ping 192.168.1.1

I've done several Google searches and I've found several people who had this particular kind of problem but their solutions wouldn't apply or didn't help me at all. I went back to my desktop computer, tried accessing my website but I still couldn't.

I rebooted my compuer in safe mode in order to run a full scan with Norton Internet Security 2011 and it did found 4 things. Request timed out. Request timed out. Then I tried to open my website but the browser wouldn't load it and I just got a error saying it couldn't connect to the server.

I was updating some webpages and when I was about to upload the...

Cannot Access Only One Website

I could not find much with a Google search on it. In this I can see the files and folders currently on my host, and in the opposite panel the files and folders on my computer. Later on though, I started getting  maleware warnings from Comodo about "Trojware [email protected]" and this pops up everytime I click on link on my website. It can no longer access the website to update.

Both PCs are up to date.

I hope someone can help.

This is just a thought, because I am not familiar with the software you use, but I operate a couple of web-sites for Clubs I am involved with.

Once I have generated the files I want to change, I use Ace FTP3 (free version) for the upload.

I have a website with my ISP I have been having trouble connecting to for some time now. When I click my bookmark or the link from a google search, 99% of the time I get" page cannot be displayed". I have the option of over-writing the host files or of deleting them and replacing them with my new ones. If there is a malware problem on your web-site, deleting your files before uploading the new ones might clear it.

On those occasions when you can get onto your site, have you checked any links to see if they do something they are not supposed to ?

IE7, can not access one website

Thank you

Starting 2 days ago using a different internet connection, I all of a sudden was unable to access one particular website, eventhough I accessed it several times earlier. I found out Spybot just added it to it's blocked list site the day I started having troubles. I can access all other websites without issues.

I continue to not be able to access the site at my home, where i used to access it regularly. I've cleaned with CCleaner and turned off the windows (Vista) and McAfee's phishing filters. I used to be able to access it easily and I can access it using Safari without any issues.

Can not access particular website.

What's interesting is that I can access it on other boxes on my LAN. The site is: http://avchat.saramnet.com

So, I can go to www.saramnet.com with no problems, but I time out on accessing the avchat subdomain. Even after a clean format and fresh install, it's still inaccessible. So, if any of you network geniuses can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Or any troubleshooting ideas I could run though that might pinpoint the actual problem? Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be? I've tried clearing my DNS, I've done a trace route to see where it's dropping packets and I've also talked to my ISP and they have no clue as to why this might be. etc.

Cannot access one website

When I bypass my router and connect my laptop directly to modem through ethernet, I'm able to access the site. I'm also able to connect to the website through cell data. I've been reading through some of the older threads, so I guess I'll post the results from TRACERT. On the same phone, I'm unable to access website if I am to use the wifi from the router.

I have trouble accessing this website through my wifi this week: www.oldgamers.it

The problem seem to only exist when I'm connected through router. Not sure what the below all means, if someone has any advice, I'll appreciate it.

Not being able to access a particular website

I can access all other websites from my computer, and I can access this website from other computers without any problem. Finding the largest MTU, by EXPERIMENT
If your MTU is too low already, (maybe 576), the following method will not be able to detect whether you can switch to an optimal size..... So first follow "CHANGING MTU for PPPoE" to reset MTU to 1500, reboot, then try the site again

I am running 1510

I am not being able to access one website: http://www.soph.uab.edu/index.asp?ID=2
from my computer.

I am running a Dell Inspiron 8500 with P4 and 256 MB RAM, with Win XP Professional and use IE6 as my browser. Unless otherwise set, windows defaults MTU to 1500, or a lower value of 576 for external networks. 1500 is ok unless you are running PPPoE, or want to use IPSec (Secure VPNs), or both, (it is then too big). 576 is not efficient
for the broadband/internet, (it is too small). Please help !!

Certain website cannot access

Does this still happen on IE? Reset the router and update the firmware. Try to connect directly from your PC to the modem your using and see if it happens again?

Which firewall software are you using? Which router is doing this issue? certain website cannot access

Cannot access almost every website

I tried to follow through the 5 steps, but can't get through step 2 (run online scan with PandaScan since I cannot access the internet).

I am unable to access almost every website out there. I can go to google.com, but that's almost it.

Doing this has allowed me to receive an email and connect to google. It seems that my incomming traffic has been limited on one computer. My email will work, but it can take 5 hours to download a message. I am running windows vista (ultimate I think).

I have loaded SpyBot and it cannot find anything wrong. I actually have 3 computers connected (cat5) and only one of them has quit working. Here is my hijackthis log:

can't access ONE (and only one) website

Finally, I have used proxies to visit BSU, but since they don't handle encrypted signals, this doesn't really help. Furthermore this is intermittent (not typical of viruses), and two goes away when using anything other than our Ninestar ISP IP. This occurs from my home using a broadband connection. There is a box in my garage that is designed to route the signal to my phones, my cable, and my internet router so I powered it down just in case.

As far as I can discern, this isolates the problem to my ISP. But they continue to not take ownership of this problem and say it is the BSU website. I say serious because this is my work website and I am an online instructor. Ninestar tech support has also suggested that the problem might be with our wi-fi router.

Since I need to get work done, I need a solution and a permanent one at that. This didn't make a bit of difference. Note that this is 1) only an intermittent problem (only happens every few weeks, lasts for a day to a couple days, typically), 2) occurs with any and all browsers that I have tried, 3) occurs cross-platform (Mac or Win), on multiple machines, 4) goes away when using a neighbor's wi-fi signal from my home, 5) goes away when using these same machines with any other IP address (at McDonald's, BSU, etc., etc., etc.)

Tech support at my IP suggested that we download virus software and confirm that the system is not infected.

Can anyone help with suggestions of workarou...
